territorial working groups

GRIP-IT will be based on Partnership promotion for innovation and transfer of expertise at transnational level. The working groups per component will start from the production of a comparative analysis of regional approaches in Integrated programming for structural funds implementation. The various institutional and structural conditions observable in the partner regions will lead to an accelleration in capacity building and innovation in methodologies and procedures.

Transnational networks and cooperation will produce transferrable instruments for the implementation of project integration, comparative analysis of institutional and legislative frameworks for integration for Structural funds. Through the preparation of guidelines for integrated projects planning, monitoring and evalution, operational tools for dissemination and implementation of project models will be developed. The dissemination of results will be based on multimedia instruments, and direct contact of regional local partners with policy makers, pivotal stakeholders in the civil society.

The regional framework operation will ensure effective cooperation and partnership of partners from sectorial and thematic areas of structural funds intervention. The Selection procedures for subprojects, based on innovative contribution to institution and capacity building, quality of transnational partnership, will ensure impact of outputs in the partner regions, transferablity of models developed in subproject. The thematic network established will ensure long term impact and dissemination of the project results. The established partnership in the subprojects will help creation of interregional partnership for the next programming period.
