By clicking the "Submit" button below, you agree to the following:

1. You are the original developer (or are submitting the sub-project idea for the original developer) of the submitted sub-project idea.
2. You will indemnify and hold GRIP-IT harmless from any claim related to the submitted sub-project, including any claim by a third party that your sub-project infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other intellectual property right.
3. GRIP-IT team reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse the submitted sub-project or to remove it from the GRIP-IT web site at any time.
4. To be considered for other GRIP-IT activities such as:
   - Include your personal data and sub-project idea in GRIP-IT web site
   - Inclusion in GRIP-IT produced emails.
   - A link to your site from within grip-it.info.
   - Include your personal data and/or sub-project idea in GRIP-IT presentations to be used by our team, public relations and analyst relations, GRIP-IT advertising such as Banner ads or print ads.

GRIP-IT will not notify you if and when your personal data or sub-project idea is to be included in any of the above activities.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PRECEDING, OR IF YOU OR THE DEVELOPER IN WHOSE NAME YOU ARE SUBMITTING THE SUB-PROJECT IDEA DO NOT OWN OR HAVE RIGHTS TO EVERY ELEMENT OF THE SUB-PROJECT, DO NOT SUBMIT THE SUB-PROJECT TO GRIP-IT WEB SITE FOR CONSIDERATION AS A GRIP-IT SUB-PROJECT IDEA. YOU WILL BE FINANCIALLY LIABLE TO ANY THIRD PARTY THAT OWNS ANY ELEMENT OF THE SUBMITTED SUB-PROJECT.
